Orange Ginger Pork Kabobs

Ingredients:

  • 4 sirloin pork chops, cut into chunks
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup of honey
  • ¼ cup of gluten free soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon orange ginger seasoning blend
  • 4 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients (besides pork chops) in a bowl. 
  2. Add pork chops and toss them in the mixture until they are fully coated. 
  3. Place plastic wrap over the bowl, and put in the fridge to marinate for a minimum of 2 hours or over night. 
  4. Once marinated, place the pork on metal skewers, discarding the left over marinade.
  5. BBQ over medium low for approximately 10 minutes. 

Serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetables.
