- 6 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon crushed, dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Pierce pork chops all over, on both side, and place in a large zip lock bag.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. When combined pour the mixture over the pork chops. Seal the bag and shake until the pork is fully coated in the mixture.
place in fridge to marinate for at least 4 hours.
