Ingredients:
- 4 sirloin pork chops, cut into chunks
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup of honey
- ¼ cup of gluten free soy sauce
- Juice of 1 orange
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon orange ginger seasoning blend
- 4 tsp olive oil
Directions:
- Whisk all ingredients (besides pork chops) in a bowl.
- Add pork chops and toss them in the mixture until they are fully coated.
- Place plastic wrap over the bowl, and put in the fridge to marinate for a minimum of 2 hours or over night.
- Once marinated, place the pork on metal skewers, discarding the left over marinade.
- BBQ over medium low for approximately 10 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetables.
