Ingredients:
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
- In another small bowl, mix cornstarch and water together until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.
- Cut the chicken breasts into small, bite sized pieces.
- Heat up a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
- Add the chicken to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and stir until the chicken is coated with the sauce.
- Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan and stir-fry until the sauce thickens and the chicken is fully coated, about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot with steamed rice and your favorite veggies.
