Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup gluten free bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning blend
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons melted margarine
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Farenheit
- Place the chicken on a parchment lined baking pan
- Spread 1/2 teaspoon of the yellow mustard over the top of each piece of chicken
- In a bowl, combine the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Mix well
- Add the melted butter and mix until the breadcrumb mixture is thoroughly saturated in the margarine
- Bake for 22 minutes
