  • 1/2 cup soy sauce (gluten free brand)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoons mustard powder mixed with 1 tablespoon of water to form a paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  2. Add steak strips to the bowl and toss to coat evenly in the marinade.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  4. When ready to cook, remove the steak strips from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat.
  6. Grill the steak strips for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious steak strips with a similar flavor profile to Derby style!
