Mustard Sage Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup gluten free bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons melted margarine

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Farenheit
  2. Place the chicken on a parchment lined baking pan
  3. Spread 1/2 teaspoon of the yellow mustard over the top of each piece of chicken
  4. In a bowl, combine the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Mix well
  5. Add the melted butter and mix until the breadcrumb mixture is thoroughly saturated in the margarine
  6. Bake for 22 minutes
