Ingredients:
- 7 cups apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 3 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter or margerine
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Farenheit
- Place the chopped apples, white sugar, 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon, and the lemon juice in a casserole dish
- MIx the ingredients together until the cinnamon is covering the apples
- In a separate bowl, combine the remainder of the ingredients, cutting in the butter/margerine until the mixture resembles crumbs
- Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the apples
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the apple feels tender when pierced with a fork
