Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
  2. In another small bowl, mix cornstarch and water together until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.
  3. Cut the chicken breasts into small, bite sized pieces.
  4. Heat up a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  5. Add the chicken to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and stir until the chicken is coated with the sauce.
  7. Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan and stir-fry until the sauce thickens and the chicken is fully coated, about 1-2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice and your favorite veggies.
