Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour Blend

Homemade Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour Blend:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white rice flour
  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • 1 cup sorghum flour or millet flour
  • 1 cup potato starch
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour/starch
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum

Instructions:

  1. Mixing:
    • In a large bowl, whisk together the white rice flour, brown rice flour, sorghum or millet flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, and xanthan gum until well combined.
  2. Storage:
    • Store the blend in an airtight container in a cool, dry place until you’re ready to use it.

This homemade gluten free all-purpose flour blend is designed to be a versatile substitute for regular wheat flour in many recipes. It should work well in a variety of baked goods, including cookies, cakes, and sweet breads.
