Ingredients:
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups gluten free chicken or vegetable broth

- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)

- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning blend

Instructions:
- Cook the Rice: Cook the long-grain white rice according to package instructions using gluten free chicken broth or vegetable broth instead of water. Once cooked, fluff it with a fork and set it aside.
