This spinach and feta burger is so juicy and delicious. It is packed full of Mediterranean flavors. Serve it with fries, or your favorite salad. Don’t forget to buy your favorite gluten-free hamburger bun!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 pounds of lean ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups of spinach, finely chopped
- 1 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 3 tablespoons water
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.
- Mix the ground flaxseed and water together in a large bowl.
- Add the remainder of the ingredients to the bowl and mix until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Using a hamburger press, make your desired size patties, placing each one on a baking sheet.
- Place patties in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve on a gluten-free bun topped with sliced tomato, cucumbers, lettuce and a dollop of garlic sauce.
